The Role:
They are looking to hire an Enterprise Sales hunter with strong business and technical acumen. This highly collaborative role requires you to be a problem solver and have a macro understanding of the flow of technology solutions within any size organization to run and enable day to day business growth. You will need to lead interactions with senior leaders and salespeople, C-level executives, and technology heads, with both gravitas and agility. You will demonstrate and effectively communicate how high-quality technology solutions delivered via managed solutions can help lower TCO, maximize ROI, and solve business challenges.

  • Develop and execute on sales strategy to drive annual sales and revenue targets for the tri-state region (NY, NJ, Conn).
  • Work efficiently in a collaborative selling environment while maximizing the resources available to achieve success
  • Proactively identify new pipeline opportunities and accurately maintain sales forecasts
  • Build and execute on sales strategies with other internal sales and account management groups
  • Validate the client workflow and engage the appropriate technical resources where necessary
  • Frequent client and prospect interaction through sales calls and on-site visits
  • Maintain and continually educate yourself to have strong product knowledge of the full Technical Solutions suite.
  • Leverage your knowledge and skill set to build and maintain credibility with clients, identify gaps, and recommend solutions; and deliver on revenue-generating and adoption/usage goals

You'll need to have:

  • Must have 5+ years experience in Sales with focus on IT solutions and services - with experience working with Agent partners (e.g., telecom, networking/bandwidth, UCaaS, MSP, data center, cloud, security, etc.)
  • Must have a track record of success in solutions sales, and have relationships with clients in the region
  • Must have a strong hunter mentality (entrepreneurial and highly driven)
  • Strong track record in consultative and solutions selling
  • Familiarity with the Agent and Master Agent model within the Telecommunication marketplace (Experience working for a carrier is a plus)
  • Willingness for regular business travel
