Position:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a PMO Director. Our client is an established and fast growing IT Solution Provider that specializes in Enterprise IT Solutions (e.g., Enterprise Networking, Security, Cloud Migration, Data Center Solutions, etc.). They have become a go-to company for handling large and complex enterprise-level business transformation projects. They are looking to hire a Director of Project Management / PMO to take their PM organization to the next level. As Director of Project Management, you will provide leadership to a growing team of 10+ project managers, providing governance over project managers as they manage large and complex IT projects that can range from implementation of IT infrastructure, Cloud, to software development. You will be able to implement your playbook for how best to lead a PM organization, create consistency across projects, implement best practices, enhancing reporting, hiring and develop talent, and improving overall results and customer satisfaction. The focus is all about taking the organization to the next level and scaling for growth. What you need:

• Must have 10+ years experience in project management with 5+ years experience in Project Management/PMO leadership (Director/Manager level) leading project/program managers
• Must have experience handling projects and project managers that are focused on delivery of a broad range of large and complex IT projects
• Must possess a playbook on how to successfully build and scale a great Project Management organization.
• Must be highly collaborative and establish strong alignment with internal stakeholders in the organizations
• Must have PMP, PMI, CSM or CAPM certifications or equivalent.
• Position will be 100% remote/WFH (ideally in the Western half of the US), but will require working during normal Western Region business hours.
